Shipping policy

UK/EU orders

Seamii is not registered to collect VAT/customs, you will be required to pay at your post office to receive your package if necessary. 

If you would like your order to be processed via Etsy where VAT/customs is automatically calculated please send a message,  Thank you!

 

Germany orders

Due to recent addition of the LUCID Packaging Register, shipping to Germany has been suspended currently until further notice. Any orders placed will be cancelled and refunded.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Please double, triple check your order and shipping address before you check out!!! 

Once the package has been passed to the courier I am no longer responsible and can't make any changes to the package or reroute the item.

Fulfillment time

Orders are typically fulfilled between 2-5 business days, and mailed out once a week. If your order is placed mid week it may be dropped off to the post office the following week. 

If you are in a rush for your order please leave a note, I will do my best to accommodate, however do note that I work a full time job alongside my small shop and am fulfilling all orders by myself. Thank you for your patience!

Canada, 4 - 8 business days
USA, 6 - 10 business days
International, 7 - 25 business days

 

Please note Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time!

Orders may be delayed during holiday rush seasons, take note to order ahead of time!

PRE-ORDERS

Please refer to product listing for all details regarding manufacturing/shipping estimates and dates for Pre-Order items.
These dates may be subject to change. 

Orders containing one (1) or more pre-order item(s) will not ship out until the pre-order item is available to be shipped.

If you would like to receive your items packaged separately please send an email to seamii.c@live.ca and we can split the order for you with an additional shipping fee.
